國民黨總統人選仍未出線，台北市議員李新今(11)天表示，若立法院副院長洪秀柱憾未過關，黨啟動徵召程序，朱領先而仍拒徵召，「我一定發動連署罷免朱立倫」！對此，有中常委說，若洪真無法過關，中常會有因應機制。

國民黨中常委、立委呂學樟11日接受本報訪問時說，中常會有一個提案，就是說，若洪秀柱無法跨過30％門檻，會有一個徵召的辦法。辦法中說，把民意支持度較高者，包括朱立倫、王金平、吳敦義、洪秀柱等，都會放進去，所謂三加一，進行全國性對比式民調，支持度最高者作為總統候選人、次高者作為副總統候選人，這就是全國民意展現。

呂學樟說，到時候若是這樣，朱立倫身為黨主席，如果是第一名的話，當然要義不容辭，這不是他個人主觀意願的問題，而是全國人民的意志，他必須要去遵從。

對於李新的放話，呂學樟認為，應該是想督促朱立倫，「如果有這個機會，朱應該要站在第一線帶頭來衝！」對於朱立倫的領導作風，呂學樟則說，在這麼短的時間，做出許多黨的改革，已經是非常不容易。
